Annual General Meeting
Westar Resources Limited (Westar, ASX:WSR) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday 30 November 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 19 October 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00 pm (Perth time).
