NOTICE OF FILING OF THE INFORMATION DOCUMENT CONCERNING SIGNIFICANT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Milan, March 26, 2021 – Please note that, today, the information document concerning significant related party transactions, pursuant to art. 5 of Consob Regulation no. 17221 of March 12, 2010, and subsequent amendments regarding the project for the partial proportional demerger of Astaldi S.p.A. to Webuild S.p.A., has been made available to the public - on the Company's website www.webuildgroup.com, in the "Governance/Other documents" section, as well as at the registered office and authorized storage mechanism , .
