As part of the implementation of the Demerger of Webjet Group Limited from WEB Travel Group Limited ( WEB Travel ), Bradley Holman will receive 88,016 fully paid ordinary shares via an in specie distribution of Webjet Group Limited shares held by WEB Travel to relevant WEB Travel shareholders, as further described in the Demerger Booklet dated 8 August 2024. The fully paid ordinary shares that Bradley Holman is entitled to receive under the Demerger are currently held by WEB Travel Group and will be transferred to Bradley Holman on implementation of the Demerger on 30 September 2024.

The fully paid ordinary shares that RSBJ Pty Ltd is entitled to receive under the Demerger are currently held by WEB Travel Group and will be transferred to RSBJ Pty Ltd on implementation of the Demerger on 30 September 2024.
