Webjet Group Limited ( ASX:WJL ) ( Webjet or the Company ) today announces that Brad Holman will retire as a non-executive Director effective from 30 June 2025.

Brad has been a non-executive Director of Webjet since its inception on 15 July 2024, having served as a non-executive Director of Web Travel Group Limited ( WEB ) for 10 years prior to the demerger of Webjet from WEB in September 2024. Brad has served as the Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Webjet’s Chair, Don Clarke said “Brad has made an outstanding contribution to Webjet in his role as a non-executive Director. His wealth of knowledge of Webjet has been of enormous assistance to the Company as it embarks on its post demerger journey and growth strategy. On behalf of the Board, the leadership team and all team members, I thank Brad and wish him all the best for the future”.

The Board expects to announce the appointment to the Board of one or two new Directors in the near future.
