The Company advises that Ms Anshu Raghuvanshi of Acclime Corporate Services Australia Pty Ltd has ceased in the role as Company Secretary, effective 2 December 2025

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company confirms that Mr Layton Shannos and Ms Melanie Keith will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
