POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Million Stars Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries as the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that based on the preliminary review of the unaudited condensed consolidated results (the “ 2017/2018 Annual Results ”) of the Group for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 (the “ 2017/2018 Financial Year ”), the Group expects to record a profit attributable to owners for the 2017/2018 Financial Year of more than HK$150 million as compared to a loss attributable to owners for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 of approximately HK$2.8 million. The expected profit is mainly attributable to the revenue growth and improved profit margins of the new business segment of our Group, namely, provision of internet advertising design and agency business segment.

As at the date hereof, the Group is still in the process of finalising its 2017/2018 Annual Results. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment made by the Board with reference to the information currently available to the Board and is not based on any figure or information which has been audited or reviewed by the auditors of the Company, and reviewed by the audit committee of the Board. The finalised 2017/2018 Annual Results are expected to be published by the end of September 2018.
