CHANGE OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of Million Stars Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that Mr. Gan Xiaohua (‘‘Mr. Gan’’) and Ms. Tian Yuan (‘‘Ms. Tian’’), each an executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as the co-chairman of the Board with effect from 17 April 2023. Following the appointment of Mr. Gan and Ms. Tian, Mr. Zhu Yongjun (‘‘Mr. Zhu’’) has ceased to be the chairman of the Board and chief executive officer of the Company with effect from 17 April 2023. Mr. Zhu will continue to serve as an executive Director.

The Board hereby would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude and respect to Mr. Zhu for his contributions during his tenure of service as the chairman and chief executive officer of the Board and also to welcome Mr. Gan and Ms. Tian to the new position.
