APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITOR AND CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

References are made to the announcement of Million Stars Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 2 November 2021 in relation to the resignation of Yongtuo Fuson CPA Limited (the ‘‘Yongtuo Fuson’’), the auditor of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

PROPOSED APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITOR

The Board announces that with the recommendation from the audit committee of the Company, the Board has resolved to appoint CCTH CPA Limited (the ‘‘CCTH’’) as the new auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of Yongtuo Fuson and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company. The official appointment is now subject to the completion of the audit engagement acceptance procedures which are now being conducted by CCTH CPA Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its warm welcome to CCTH on its appointment as the auditor of the Company.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 4 October 2021 at the request of the Company, and will remain suspended until further notice.
