WashTec AG: Positive development continues – good first half year expected

WashTec AG announces on basis of preliminary figures that as expected due to the already communicated high year-end order backlog 2014, business development in the first quarter of 2015 has been positive. Group Revenues were at EUR 75.5m (prior year: EUR 64.8m; +16.7%) and operating result (EBIT) was at EUR 4.3m (prior year: EUR -0.4m). Due to the still high order backlog, a similar positive development is expected for the first half year 2015.

Due to uncertainties with regard to a forecast for the second half of the year, the company adheres to the outlook of a slight increase in revenue and a considerable increase in EBIT in accordance with the annual report for the fiscal year of 2014.
