The Supervisory Board of WashTec AG and Dr. Ralf Koeppe have agreed to terminate his membership of the Management Board by mutual consent. In this context, Dr. Koeppe has resigned from his office as Member and Chairman of the Management Board with immediate effect.

The duties of the Management Board will therefore be performed with immediate effect by the two remaining Members of the Management Board, Mr. Sebastian Kutz and Mr. Andreas Pabst. The Supervisory Board intends to fill the position of Chairman of the Management Board with a successor as soon as possible.
