Augsburg, May 31, 2013 – WashTec AG, the leading provider of innovative vehicle washing solutions worldwide, announces a change of the management board.
Dr. Stefan Vieweg, CFO, has resigned on his own request effective May 31, 2013. The parties agreed to terminate his appointment effective the same date.
Dr. Jürgen Rautert, spokesman of the board, will serve as sole board member and take over the position as CFO for the time being.
