Following its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed James (Jim) Albertelli as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Angela Little as its Chief Financial Officer. Gary Yeoman, who previously served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, was appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
