Scanship Holding ASA : Fourth Quarter 2014 results and preliminary figures for 2014

Total revenue for 4Q14 was NOK 43.2m compared to NOK 49.6 in 4Q13. The total

revenue for 2014 ended at NOK 145.6 compared to NOK 170.0 in 2013. The decline

reflects lower retrofit-activity.

EBIDA before non recurring items was NOK 0.7m in 4Q14 compared to NOK 9.5m in

4Q13. For the full year 2014 the EBIDA before non recurring items ended at NOK

4.4m compared to NOK 21.0 in 2013.

The Company has had a record high order intake and has an order backlog of NOK

185m by year end 2014. Up approx. 83% from 3Q14.
