Scanship Holding ASA: CFO Sigurd Gaarder Lange is leaving Scanship

Lysaker, 11 August 2014: Sigurd Gaarder Lange, the CFO at Scanship, has handed

in his resignation and will leave the company when a successor is found, at the

latest within six months. Lange has informed Scanship that he has accepted a new

position as Group CFO for a company in another market.

"Sigurd has been an instrumental part of our team in the build-up of our company

since 2008, all the way through the successful listing process at Oslo Axess

earlier this year. I would like to thank him for his contribution and at the

same time wish him good luck in his future ventures", says CEO Henrik Badin.
