Scanship Holding ASA: Appointment of new CFO

Lysaker, 9 September 2014: Christian Fr. Thyholdt has been appointed Chief

Financial Officer (CFO) of Scanship. Thyholdt will report to Henrik Badin, Chief

Executive Officer, and commences his position no later than 1 October 2014.

Thyholdt's previous job experience includes Business Controller and Financial

Advisor at Scanship, CFO and CEO of TECO Solutions AS and TECO Maritime Group

AS. Thyholdt holds a degree from Norwegian School of Management (BI).
