New number of shares and votes in VNV Global AB (publ)

VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") has during May 2022 cancelled a total of 1,535,078 repurchased common shares in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Annual General Meeting 2022.

The total number of shares and votes in VNV Global as per May 31, 2022 amounts to 117,959,152 and are divided into four classes of shares as follows:

• 114,888,469 common shares, with one vote each.
• 2,008,545 shares of Class C 2019, with one vote each.
• 502,138 shares of Class C 2020, with one vote each.
• 560,000 shares of Class C 2021, with one vote each.
