New number of shares and votes in VNV Global AB (publ)

VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") has during November 2021 issued a total of 9,685,000 common shares in connection with a directed share issue.

The total number of shares and votes in VNV Global as per November 30, 2021 amounts to 119,494,230 and are divided into four classes of shares as follows:

• 116,423,547 common shares, with one vote each.
• 2,008,545 shares of Class C 2019, with one vote each.
• 502,138 shares of Class C 2020, with one vote each.
• 560,000 shares of Class C 2021, with one vote each.
