New number of shares and votes in VNV Global AB (publ)

VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") has during January 2021 issued a total of 66,045 incentive shares of Class C 2019 and 16,513 incentive shares of Class C 2020 in accordance with a resolution adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 13, 2021.

The total number of shares and votes in VNV Global as per January 29, 2021 amounts to 97,784,105 [1] and are divided into three classes of shares as follows:

• 95,076,547[1] common shares, with one vote each.
• 2,166,045 reclassifiable, subordinated, incentive shares of Class C 2019, with one vote each.
• 541,513 reclassifiable, subordinated, incentive shares of Class C 2020, with one vote each.
