New number of shares in Vostok New Ventures Ltd
Vostok New Ventures Ltd ("Vostok New Ventures" or the "Company") has during April 2020 canceled a total of 6,604,853 common shares and corresponding Swedish Depository Receipts ("SDRs") held in treasury.
The total number of shares, and votes in Vostok New Ventures as per April 30, 2020 amounts to 81,330,456[1] and are divided into two classes of shares as follows:
· 79,230,456[1] common shares and votes represented by SDRs.
· 2,100,000 reclassifiable subordinated 2019 Plan Shares and votes.
[1] Including 1,080,450 shares represented by SDRs held in treasury.
