Number of shares in Vostok Nafta

As previously announced, the total number of shares and votes in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd's ("Vostok Nafta" or "the Company") decreased by 15,062,231 in May as a result of cancellation of repurchased Swedish Depository Receipts ("SDRs") and underlying shares. The total number of outstanding SDRs and shares in Vostok Nafta is 74,840,789.
