Following completion of the recent share issue in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd, as of 30 June 2009, the total number of shares amounts to 100,990,975 shares, each represented by a Swedish Depositary Receipt (SDR). Each SDR carries one vote, which means that the number of votes in Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd now totals 100,990,975 votes.
