VNV Global AB (publ) to hold fixed income investor meetings
VNV Global AB (publ) ("VNV Global" or the "Company") has mandated Pareto Securities AB to arrange fixed income investor meetings commencing on 17 June 2021.
Subject to inter alia market conditions, a SEK-denominated, three-year senior unsecured fixed rate bond issue in an approximate amount of SEK 500 million may follow. The proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including investments.
