Victoria Grace resigns from the Board of Directors of VNV Global at her own request
Victoria Grace has notified the Board of her immediate resignation as Director of VNV Global, citing a looming conflict of interest.
Chairman Lars O Grönstedt comments: "We thank Victoria for her valuable contributions to the Company and its development over the past six years and wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors while continuing to work with her on other ongoing engagements."
Victoria will continue to serve as VNV Global's representative on select portfolio company boards on a consultancy basis.
