Vostok Nafta appoints Ms. Nadja Borisova as CFO

Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. ("Vostok Nafta" or the "Company") has appointed Ms. Nadja Borisova as CFO of the Company, effective from the 1 st of July 2010.

Ms. Borisova, a Russian citizen living in Sweden for several years, has a Certified Accountant Degree from ACCA in England and a diploma in engineering from the St Petersburg Institute of Mechanics.

Nadja Borisova was CFO of the Russia-focused private equity investment company Varyag Resources listed on First North of Nasdaq OMX (now renamed RusForest) between 2007 and 2009.

Prior to joining Varyag Resources she held the position of Head of Business Control at Cloetta-Fazer, the Nordic region's largest chocolate and sugar confectionery company between 2004 and 2007. Between 1992 and 2002 Nadja held various finance positions at The Coca-Cola Company and The Coca-Cola Bottlers of Eurasia, both in Russia and in Sweden.

Mr. Anders Sjöberg, who has held the position as CFO of Vostok Nafta for the past five years will remain with Vostok Nafta during the coming months in order to support Ms. Borisova.
