TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on November 29, 2021, the Issuer'sManagement Board adopted and the Supervisory Board approved the updatedstrategy of the company's development for 2022-2025.

Theadopted strategy reflects the key priorities for the development ofVivid Games' operating activities.

Inthe period from 2022 to 2025, the Issuer's core business will remain theproduction and publishing of free-to-play mobile games in the Game as aService model (GaaS). In order to achieve the following assumptions, theCompany undertakes investments in machine learning, analytics and paiduser acquisition as key areas to support the effective monetization ofgames.

Thecompany's growth will be based on three pillars of activity:I.Development of titles from the current portfolioII.Creation of a new game based on the meta-game of Real Boxing 2III.Publishing of new titles broken down into 2 portfolio lines:-combat simulators and sports games,-casual games and mid-core games.

Thegoals planned to be achieved in the above-mentioned areas in the years2022-2025 are:I.Growing_#160; titles from the current portfolioGoal1: Scale Real Boxing 2 revenues to over USD 1M per month by the end of2023.Goal2: Development of the second title in the current portfolio to over USD1M in monthly revenue by 2025.Goal3: Development of one of the titles in the current portfolio to thelevel of USD 0.3M in monthly revenue in the period until 2025.

II.Creation of a new game based on the meta-game of Real Boxing 2Goal:To release a new custom game based on the meta-game of Real Boxing 2 in2023.III.Publishingof new titles:-inline combat simulators and sports games:Goal1: Acquire new titles in this category, including one that will reachover USD 1M of revenue per month by 2025.Goal2: Positioning Vivid Games as a game publisher in terms of combatsimulators and sports games.

-in the line of casual and mid-core games:Goal3: Introduce two new games to the portfolio by 2025 at USD 0.3M inrevenue per month and start scaling them to USD 1M in revenue per monththrough an efficient UA.

Theimplementation of the above goals should translate into the followingstructure of the Company's game portfolio in 2025:-atleast 3 games with monthly revenues over USD 1M each,-atleast 3 games with monthly revenues over USD 0.3M each.
