VividGames S.A. Management Board (hereinafter: the "Issuer", "Company")informs that it has received information about the entry of the mergerof Vivid Games S.A. companies by the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13thCommercial Division of the National Court Register on October 28, 2021.and Quasu Sp.z o.o .. The Issuer informed about the intention to mergethe subsidiaries in the current report No. 29/2021 of June 30, 2021. Themerger was performed on the terms specified in the merger plan of theabove-mentioned Companies adopted on June 29, 2021 and pursuant to Art.500 § 2 (1) of the Commercial Companies Code made available by theIssuer on its website. Conducting the merger in a simplified manner(i.e. without increasing the share capital of the acquiring company) waspossible due to the fact that the Issuer held 100% of shares in Quasusp.z o.o. On the day of entering the merger into the register ofentrepreneurs of the National Court Register Vivid Games S.A. enteredinto all rights and obligations of Quasu Sp. z o.o.
