TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on January 12, 2022, the Issuer madean estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for December 2021.

Salesrevenue for December 2021 is expected at PLN 2.70 million. The netresult for December 2021 is expected at the level of PLN -0.32 million.The balance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 3.05 million.

Cumulativelyfor 2021, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues atPLN 24,14 million, gross sales result at PLN -2,34 million, EBITDA atPLN 3.9 million, net result at PLN -2,34_#160; million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2021 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual reportfor 2021.
