TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), informs that on April 11th, 2022, the Issuer madean estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for March 2022.

Salesrevenue for March 2022 is expected at PLN 2.57 million. The gross resultat PLN 0.02 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.02 million. Thebalance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 2.0 million.

Cumulatively,for the first quarter of 2022, the Issuer expects the following results:sales revenues at the level of PLN 7.61 million, gross result at thelevel of PLN -0.02 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.02 millionand EBITDA at the level of PLN 1.00 million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. Data for 2022 will be verifiedboth internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and thefinal information on the result and sales revenues, taking into accountthe data for the indicated period, will be included in the report forthe first quarter, report for the first half of 2022 and annual reportfor 2022.
