Vivid Games S.A. — Earnings Release 2021

TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the"Company", "Issuer"), informs that on November 8th, 2021, the Issuermade an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financialresults for October 2021.

Salesrevenue for October 2021 is expected at PLN 2.49 million. The net resultfor October 2021 is expected at the level of - PLN 0.11 million. Thebalance of cash in the Company's bank accounts is PLN 2.9 million.

Cumulativelyfor the first ten months of 2021, the Issuer expects the followingresults: sales revenues at PLN 18.92 million, gross sales result at -PLN 1.96 million, EBITDA at PLN 3.18 million, net result at - PLN 1.96million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The final information about theresult and sales revenues, taking into account the data for theindicated period, will be included in the annual report for 2021.
