Vivid Games S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2022

TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;),with reference to the current report of ESPI No. 56/2020, hereby informsthat on January 31, 2022, the Issuer decided to make an early repaymentof the sixth installment resulting from the approved on November 5, 2020arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedings concerning theCompany.

Thecapital installment for one bond is PLN 85.00, and the interestresulting from the arrangement is PLN 7.37. The installment will be paidto the bondholders of series A bonds on February 15, 2022. According tothe arrangement, the original date of payment of the sixth arrangementinstallment was March 21, 2022.

Makingan early repayment of the next arrangement installment does not changethe payment date of the remaining ones.
