VividGames S.A. Management Board with its registered office in Bydgoszcz(hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer", "Company") in connection withthe announcement on 01/09/2021 of the convening of the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, the agenda of whichincludes the election of Supervisory Board members, hereby announces tothe public, that Shareholder Remigiusz Kościelny proposed Mr. AndrzejChrzanowski and Damian Jasica as candidates for members of theSupervisory Board.

Abovepersons were previously co-opted to the Supervisory Board, about whichthe Issuer informed in ESPI current reports No. 31/2021 and 34/2021.
