Changed number of votes in Vitec
Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has on February 24 announced that owners of 500 000 A shares of Vitec have converted class A shares to class B shares in accordance with the conversion clause set out in the Articles of Association § 5 Classes of shares. After conversion, the number of A shares of Vitec, with a voting right of 10, will amount to 3,500,000 shares while the number of B shares, with a voting right of 1, will amount to 25,896,690 shares. The total number of shares of Vitec, including both A and B shares is unchanged at 29,396,690 shares.
