Vitec Software Group's Nomination Committee proposes new Chairman of the Board and additional member
Prior to the Annual General Meeting on April 28, Vitec Software Group's Nomination Committee proposes Lars Stenlund to be elected new Chairman of the Board. Lars Stenlund was born in 1958, PhD in applied physics and co-founder of the company and President and CEO since 1985, a position he leaves in connection with the Annual General Meeting.
Furthermore, the Nomination Committee proposes that the Board will be increased from five to six members and the re-election of Crister Stjernfelt, Anna Valtonen, Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg, Jan Friedman and Kaj Sandart.
Vitec Software Group's Nomination Committee consists of Crister Stjernfelt (Chairman), Jerker Vallbo CIO / CTO Vitec, Lars Stenlund CEO Vitec and Olov Sandberg.
The Nomination Committee continues its work to prepare other proposals for the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
