With reference to chapter XII- Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates of Operational Circular for issue and listing of Non-Convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022), we hereby confirm that “ Vippy Spinpro Limited ” is not falling under Large Corporate category as on 31[st] March 2024 as per the framework provided in the said circular and hence, the requirement of filing the Initial Disclosure in Annex - XII-A to the aforesaid circular for the financial year 2024-2025 is not applicable.

Since the Company was not falling under Large Corporate category for the financial year 2023-2024, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annex - XII-B2 of the said Circular for the financial year 2023-2024 is also not applicable.
