Dear Sir,
The Meeting No. 05/2026 of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 22nd day of May, 2026 at 04:00 PM (16:00 PM) through two way video conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OVAM'), inter-alia
- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
- To consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
Further, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is already closed from 1ST April, 2026 and it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31ST March, 2026. You are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
You are requested to make it convenient to attend the same.
As per SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2021 vide notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/22 dated 05 May, 2021, the Company is not required to publish the notice of Board Meeting in newspaper.
