The Board, at its meeting held on May 05, 2025 approved the appointment of M/s. Shilpesh Dalal and Company as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
