April 01, 2024.

We are pleased to inform you that the members in the Postal Ballot held during Friday, 24th May, 2024 to Saturday, 22nd June 2024, has approved the Re-appointment of Shri Piyush Mutha (DIN: 00424206) as Managing Director of the Company for the period of Three (3) years with effect from 01st April, 2024 to 31st March, 2027.

Please note that the details of the appointee director as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1.

Further, in compliance with BSE Circular No. LIS/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and as per the Confirmation received from Shri Piyush Mutha, this is to confirm that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or order from any other authority.
