Sub.: Revised intimation of updation in Credit Rating of the Company
This is to inform you that, with reference to our earlier submission dated 8[th] April 2026 regarding the updation of the credit rating of the Company, an inadvertent typographical error was identified in the table, wherein the heading of the third column was incorrectly stated as “Amount (Rs. Crore)” instead of “Size of Issue (Million)”.
We hereby submit the revised intimation after incorporating the necessary correction and request you to kindly take the same on record.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 3 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that India Ratings and Research Private Limited vide their report dated 07[th] April 2026 has reaffirmed the Company (issuer) credit rating as A- with Outlook changed from Stable to Negative as mentioned in the below table:
