Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Mukhesh Nandan Jha, Senior General Manager - Procurement (Senior Managerial Personnel) of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the aforesaid position vide resignation letter dated 22nd May, 2026, in order to pursue better professional growth opportunities outside the Company.
The duly signed resignation letter of Mr. Mukhesh Nandan Jha, Senior General Manager-Procurement (Senior Managerial Personnel) of the Company is also enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. Further, The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026 as amended from time to time, are enclosed herewith along with a copy of resignation letter is enclosed herewith as Annexure B.
