Sub.: Intimation of Incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary-Vikran Renewable Private Limited
In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely Vikran Renewable Private Limited, to undertake its renewable energy business initiatives, including development and operation of integrated renewable energy projects and allied infrastructure activities. The Company may undertake such activities directly or through structured project arrangements, in line with its business strategy.
The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th September 2026, are given in Annexure-A.
