Disclosure on amount of share capital

In accordance with Article 125-quater, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree No 58/98, the amount of share capital and the number and classes of shares into which they are divided is hereby communicated:

• the share capital consists of 43,797,507 ordinary shares of a nominal value of Euro 1.00 each;
• every share has the right to one vote at the shareholders' meeting.
