CLEANSING NOTICE

This notice is given by VHM Limited (ASX:VHM) ( Company ) under paragraph 7(f)(ii) of the ASIC Corporations (Share and Interest Purchase Plans) Instrument 2019/547 ( ASIC Instrument ).

On 25 July 2024, the Company announced an intention to undertake a share purchase plan (SPP) of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (SPP Shares). An SPP offer booklet will be made available to eligible shareholders today.

The Company advises that:

1. It will make offers to issue the SPP Shares under a SPP without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

2. This notice is being given in accordance with the ASIC Instrument.

3. As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

4. (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act (as applicable to the Company); and

5. (b) Sections 674 and 674A of the Act.

6. As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information (as defined in Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Act) that is required to be disclosed by the Company.
