Change of Company Secretary
VHM Limited (ASX: VHM) (the “Company”) advises that Ms Bronagh Freeman has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 13 May 2026, replacing Mr Michael Sapountzis following team reassignments at Vistra (Australia) Pty Ltd, the Company’s provider of corporate secretarial services.
Ms Freeman brings continuity to the role, having worked closely with VHM Limited over the past year across all aspects of the company secretarial function.
The Board thanks Mr Sapountzis for his service and contribution during his tenure.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Freeman will be responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
