Reminder: Closing Date for Share Purchase Plan 14 August 2024
VHM Limited (“VHM” or “the Company”) (ASX: VHM) reminds all eligible shareholders that the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) will close Wednesday 14 August 2024 at 5.00pm (AEST).
Following the Placement announced on 25 July 2024, the SPP provides an opportunity for all eligible shareholders to participate in the Company’s efforts to raise capital to underpin work programs to advance the development of the Goschen Project in anticipation of ministerial approval and extend its financial runway until Final Investment Decision in 1Q 2025. This will herald a material change and put VHM on the pathway to production.
The SPP provides eligible shareholders with an opportunity to apply for up to A$30,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in VHM at an issue price of A$0.42 per share without incurring brokerage or other transaction costs. The issue price represents a 20% discount to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of the Company's ordinary shares, at the Record Date (24 July 2024).
Shareholders that have already applied for shares under the SPP are not required to re-submit their application form.
We encourage all eligible shareholders to review the SPP Offer Booklet accessible via the Automic Investor Portal and if participating in the SPP, to apply before the SPP closes on Wednesday, 14 August 2024 at 5:00pm (AEST).
