Change of Company Secretary

VHM Limited (ASX: VHM) (the “Company”) advises that following a review of the Company's governance requirements, it has been determined that only one Company Secretary is required at this time.

As a result, Ms Bronagh Freeman has stepped down from her role as Company Secretary, effective immediately. Ms Freeman will continue to work closely with the Company in a supporting capacity to Mr Michael Sapountzis, who will remain as the sole Company Secretary.

The Board thanks Bronagh for her ongoing support and contributions to the Company.
