Key Executive Changes
VHM Limited (“VHM” or the “Company”) announces that Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Michael Sheridan will complete his service to the Company effective 31 July 2024, with a new Melbourne based executive to be appointed to the role of CFO.
Mr Sheridan joined VHM in September 2021 serving as Deputy CEO and CFO during the Initial Public Offering and was instrumental in securing the first binding offtake for the Goschen Project. Mr Sheridan has made a significant contribution to the Company and provided strong commercial leadership and strategic acumen.
The Company has finalised an executive search process for a new CFO and will update the market once an appointment is formalised.

His contributions have been critical in establishing the foundations for the company's future growth, including his role in negotiating and securing our first binding offtake agreement and all land acquisition agreements for the Goschen Project.”
