CORPORATE CALENDAR

VHM Limited (the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on or about 20 November 2023.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 25 September 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office (Suite 8, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008) or by email to the Company Secretary: [email protected] no later than 5.00 pm (WST time) on 25 September 2023.
