Share capital and total number of voting rights ultimo December 2020
As announced on 14 December 2020, Vestas Wind Systems A/S has completed a capital increase of nominally DKK 5,049,337, representing 5,049,337 shares of nominally DKK 1 each. The capital increase was effectuated as part of the transaction, whereby Vestas acquired full ownership of the offshore business in the joint venture company MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S, against Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' subscription of new shares in Vestas, ref. company announcement No. 33/2020 of 29 October 2020.
In accordance with section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Vestas Wind Systems A/S is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the company no later than at the end of the month in which the changes have taken place.
As at 31 December 2020, Vestas Wind Systems A/S has a share capital of nominally DKK 201,973,452. The share capital consists of one share class, and each share of DKK 1 carries one vote, corresponding to a total number of voting rights of 201,973,452.
