Share capital and total number of voting rights as at 29 May 2026

In accordance with section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (the Company) is required to disclose the total number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the Company no later than at the end of the month in which the changes have taken place.

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 8 April 2026, the shareholders decided to decrease the Company's share capital by cancellation of treasury shares. The capital decrease was finally completed and registered with the Danish Business Authority on 8 May 2026.

As at 29 May 2026, the number of shares, share capital, and number of votes are as shown below:
