Expansion of incentive programme

In connection with Mr Juan Araluce taking up the position of President of Vestas Mediterranean A/S as from today, we hereby announce that he at the same time will be joining Vestas Wind Systems A/S' existing incentive programme for the Executive Management and selected executives in the Group. The allotment will take place in the period from 2007 to 2009, and the terms and conditions of the options are equivalent to the terms and conditions of the options issued in May 2007, cf. company announcement No. 22/2007 of 22 may 2007.
